Our wine list has a focus on quality local wines from Daylesford, Macedon Ranges, Ballarat, Pyrenees, Heathcote and Bendigo and interesting offerings from other Australian regions and both Old and New World. Sake and beers are imported from Japan and our green teas are made by Miryokuen in Fukuoka of Japan (Saori’s hometown).
